Help me stop yo-yo dieting!
Need help I’m what they call a yoyo dieter but don t lose any weight .I love smoothes and milk shake diets. I love food all together. Just need directing in the right direction.

Hey Jane! I used to be an emotional eater and felt like I had no control! I think adding in fresh veggies to your meal plans is a good idea to get your body in a keto adapted state. While taking in fat is great to stimulate ketosis, if you aren’t nourishing your body it will hold on to the weight. It’s also a great idea to pinpoint the times of day when you eat and ask yourself, “Am I really hungry”. For me, the answer most of the time was no.
