Why do I not see results?

My daughter and I started keto three weeks ago, I am starting to see results and my daughter is not. She is pretty much followed it perfectly, watched her macros, and watched her total carb intake and kept it to Less than 20 grams per day for the last 10 days. She was going by net carbs & I think it was too much carbs. she hasn’t lost anything in three weeks since she started. any ideas as to why? Is this common to see no results at all the first 3 weeks?

Hi Rick! There are so many different reasons why she would not be using. She could have food intolerances (such as dairy or sweeteners). It could also be the types of foods that she is eating or even the amount of food. If she isn’t eating enough she could also be holding on to weight.
