Why would I use more than one sugar substitute in a recipe?
Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Bars call for erythritol and swerve, if they are both sugar substitutes, why use both?

Hey Sharon!
Great question 🙂 A lot of times the taste is different with the sweeteners as well as the form of the sweetener. (Ex: granular, confectioner or liquid). Depending on what you are making, different forms a sweetener would make a more rounded flavor. I hope that helps!
