Why am I stalling?

I was doing weight watchers for 6 months and lost 20lbs.

In April I decided to do Keto because I wasn’t feeling good always sluggish, no energy, headaches. Also was taking pills for cholesterol, blood pressure, anxiety, hot flushes, osteoarthritis, and med for stomach. I lost 7 lbs the first 5 days then it was so slow. Altogether on keto I lost 11 lbs since April 13. I go up and down a lb. I follow it as best as I can but I don’t measure. I don’t eat much carbs I check everything I buy so there’s no sugar added. I also stop taking my meds except blood pressure pills. Please  help me to figure out why I’m stalling. I need to loss another 15-20 lbs

Hi!  Congrats on such progress with your meds and weightloss. I have a few ideas for you! Are you consuming dairy products? I would start by eliminating that to see if it is causing inflammation. If you use a keto calculator or app, that will tell you how many of each macronutrient you should be taking in daily. I like my fitness pal, senza or Stupid Simple keto. I would start there and see if getting your protein and fat intake close to your daily amount would help. Becky
