In the last year, I have watched my weight rise by 5%, without changing any of my eating habits and exercising regularly. I have also watched my digestive issues, increase daily, with every carbohydrate bite I take. It is time to take my health seriously and eat the way my body works. Every time I try a low carb diet, I lose weight, I feel better, I sleep better and I have little to no digestive disorders. Now to make it a lifestyle change that I can live with and maximize my health.
Does anyone have suggestions for menu plans or recipes to sub for high carb foods?
I too had bad digestive issues when i consumed carbs my reason for adopting a Keto way of life, there are many sites which offer meal plans but charge.
There are lots of cook books on Amazon but I found googling foods or recipes i fancied eg Keto cheese cake was free and I could change them to suite me, it also allows me to build a little record of what works for me that i can refer to at any time.
