Which carbs count?
Hey! This would be a personal choice. Even if you are counting the net carbs, you are still getting total carbs into your body. I’d say it depends on your goals. If you are doing this for regualar weightloss then counting net carbs would probably be ok. If you are insulin resistant or have some type of metabolic issue you are looking to work on, I’d count total carbs. 🙂
