What sweetener can I use?

Getting confused about that sweetener is good and what is awful.  Is Crystal light bad?  Thanks

Hi-I personally like erythritol and stevia for my sweetener. I wouldn’t use crystal lite probably because of the extra fillers and things in it. Try an herbal tea over ice with stevia for a taste other than water. 🙂 Becky
