so what if I don’t hit my gram goals

and if I’m way down from my fat grams is that gonna have a huge impact on the effect of the Keto diet

ive kept calories under. And slightly over on carbs some days. Maybe 10 grams

same on protein

please give advice.     THX!!!!!

Hi! I would say to listen to your body and follow how you feel. If you are not as hungry then you may be a little under the macros while other days you may feel more hungry and eat a little over. Just shoot to keep your carb count down and let the other stuff be fluid with how you feel. 🙂
