What foods do you eat on keto?

Is the a difference with the food we eat on our guest with ket o plan in as weight loss. Therapudic or extra energy. As I am interested in all.   Weight loss without adding some powder (ketond) to my water for extra weight loss that tastes terrible. Or taking pills to assist in weight loss.

Hey There! think adding in fresh veggies to your meal plans is a good idea to get your body in a keto adapted state. While taking in fat is great to stimulate ketosis, if you aren’t nourishing your body it will hold on to the weight. You can do keto powders but you don’t have to.
