What am I doing wrong?
I have been on the diet for 60 days and have only lost one pound. I eat 15 g of carbs, said at under 60 g of protein and stay under 50% of the 100g of fat. I average 800 calories. I exersize 2 times a week. What am I doing wrong?

Hey Jo! First of all, congrats on staying on the keto train for 60 days! It seems to me that you are not eating enough. It is a common misconception that you will lose weight faster when you eat less. I would find a keto calculator that you like and get a baseline for your macros. I would then use that and eat the full amount on most days! Good luck!
