I have been on a keto diet for 3 weeks now without ever being in ketois and I have never loss more than the 8.7 lbs I lost within the first two weeks? I have not cheated even a little. I have a friend who is losing weight left and right and she claims I do not need to count anything just keep protein to 3-4 ounces and eat only foods allowed on the diet. I’m frustrated but not enough to throw in the towel. I really want this but if the scale won’t budge then I may very well be tempted to throw in the towel and think that this is just not the diet for me. HELP!
