Weight loss stall
Amazing job on the weightloss! I think there could be a few reasons why this is happening. Do you consume dairy or nuts? Perhaps try taking these things out for a few weeks then add it back in. Does that make any changes? Are you drinking 1/2 your body weight in water? What about stress and rest? Some have been able to jump start their weight loss with a fat fast or egg fast. Those may be ideas for you!
