Why has my weight loss plateaued?
Hey! It is common for our bodies to fluctuate a lot during the change from sugar burner to fat burner. I find I lose the most when my meals are balanced with protein, fat and good vegetable sources. In the beginning, the initial weight loss could be caused by the reduction of sugar, therefore, some weight loss and water weight. Your weight loss may stall after that because then you are in true fat burning mode. Keep going forward. A true weight stall is when you lose no weight at all for 2 weeks. At that point look at your sleep, stress levels and possible food intolerances.
