Tips on starting keto?
I found it useful to use a macro calculator to calculate my macros, drinking plenty of water. Consume electrolytes to prevent Keto Flu, be kind to yourself during your transition period, ease off of any vigorous exercise while transitioning.

For me it was all about eating only just a little bit few carbs and enough fat. And getting enough water to start was really important
I wasn’t sure how much protein to have but I didn’t worry about that when I first started
I’d say just focus on fewer than 20g net carbs!
