Sweeteners

I react to all the allowed sweeteners for this diet.  I get headaches from stevia, monk fruit and erythritol. I wonder if anyone else has had this issue?  Not sure what to use as a sweetener at this point.

Hi there! Have you always had this issue with the sweeteners? If you have recently cut out sugars I’m wondering if a headache is part of a detox? Do you get headaches when you have a regular sugar?
