Can I swap out recipes on a meal plan?
Hey Buffy, I would say that if the meals at the end of the day still add up to your recommended daily intake then sure, you can switch! Also I would look at tweaking the same recipe if that’s easier. Example: I don’t eat pork so I would switch out regular bacon for turkey bacon in a recipe. Just be aware that when you change a recipe you will be changing the nutritional information of the recipe. You will do great!
