Subbing Proteins?
I was looking at some of the recipes and I notice a lot of them call for some type of seafood. I am not a seafood eater, I cannot take the texture of most fish. Can I sub in steak/chicken instead of using cod, tuna etc.?

Hi! Yes, you can sub for other meats! Keep in mind that you will have different macro amounts for those foods than what is listed in the recipe. I’m sure you already know that though. 🙂
