Struggling to start
Hi all,
My OH has just started a keto diet and I do all the cooking. I’m finding it difficult accommodating all of his picky eating habits.
From the looks of a keto diet I think his decision could be a good one because I’ve read so many success stories.
He will not eat fruit or veg of any kind (physically, he gags when he eats them.) I understand I should be cooking things that are high in protein and ‘good fats.’ And eliminatimg carbs.
Can anyone point me in a good direction for recipes to fill him up (otherwise he will snack on things that i dont think are keto) and reading material links so i can understand more about this diet please?
I am currently doing slimming world and it’s difficult for me get my head around eating full fat food etc.
Thank you in advance. 🙂

Hi! I think this article may help. 🙂 The Keto Summit website is chock full of ideas and information about keto. I would start there! I hope he finds a way to enjoy vegetables because to truly be balanced in a keto lifestyle, you need veggies! (It is not just meat and dairy. In fact, Keto Summit and I generally promote dairy free keto!)
