What steps do I need to take to lose weight?
Hi Arlena, this will be different for everyone. I would start off the morning with lemon water and then follow a meal plan based on your own macros. (You can calculate your body’s nutrient needs by a keto calculator or an app). I would also stop eating about 3 hours before bed.
