What steps do I need to take to lose weight?

help don’t know where to start want to loose weight and get healthy I’m wanting to loose about 50 pounds. What’s the first step from getting up in the morning from going to bed at night

Hi Arlena, this will be different for everyone. I would start off the morning with lemon water and then follow a meal plan based on your own macros. (You can calculate your body’s nutrient needs by a keto calculator or an app). I would also stop eating about 3 hours before bed. We have a free FB group where you may be able to get more ideas of what others do too!
