… I’m not a foodie.  I eat because it give me fuel, so what are the quickest things I can pull out of my fridge or cupboard, consume, and get on with my day?  M

Hi Matt-my on the road go to snack list:
avocado, nuts, seeds, coconut oil packets from trader joes (just add to hot coffee with a stevia and blend with those portable frothers), almond butter packets, salad in a jar, pepperonis, guacamole cups (I get mine at costco), rotisserie, cook up hamburger patties and grab those.)
