Serving sizes
When you list a recipe and state that it is by serving size, and you have made a whole casserole per se, how does one determine the size? You are not putting down any amount of ounces for a serving size. Therefore I am not losing weight, just staying at the same weight day in and day out. Please tell me how one can determine on this side of the paperwork what constitutes a serving size. Thank you so much

Hi! I look at how much it makes then divide it. Ex: If a recipe makes 12 muffins and it says makes 3 servings then I know that 4 is a serving and that would be how to track my food. Make sense?
