Servings Size on Keto
Hey Fran-this will be based on your macronutrient needs. Serving sizes are usually 1oz for nuts at a time. Berries are usually 1/2 a cup per serving just because they are higher in carbs. Both things are easy to overeat because the carbs stack up pretty quickly but they are both keto friendly foods. If you download an app like my fitness pal, you can see how many grams of carbs/protein/fat something is and make a decision on how that will fit into your daily food intake.
