Portions and times
Hi Helen! The portions and amounts will vary from person to person. It is helpful to find an app to track your portions so that you know what is working for you and what isn’t working. 🙂 I like My fitness pal but others like carb manager. For me personally, I start with protein. I do 4-5oz of protein on my plate. My hubby usually does 5-6oz of protein. If it is lean like chicken I usually cook it in a fat like coconut oil. Then 1/2 of the plate is veggies for me. I hope that helps!
