Plateaued, help!

I have been doing ketosis since January 2018, have lost @30lbs., reduced waist 4”, CrossFit 4 days of week, now I cannot get ketone level above .7 and BGL stays above 100 but under 115. Think I have plateaued, but my measurements are not where I want them to be

Hi Chuck, I would say it is time to readjust your macros. If you’ve lost weight and are doing that much exercise per week, I would guarantee your nutrition has changed too. Another possible issue would be a food sensitivity. Perhaps look at dairy and nut consumption as those are the most common offenders.
