Pizza On Keto?

Hello,

I am new to the Keto diet. I’m  3 weeks into it and it has gone pretty smoith. One food IREALLY miss is pizza. I have a favorite pizza place we went to regularly. Is it acceptable to enjoy a piece if I only peel off the topping and discard the crust? I don’t know how much sugar may be in the sauce but I could scrape a little off. What do you think?

Hi Kim!

I have totally done this actually. I wouldn’t make a habit of it because cheese definitely could be a stall, and like you said “pizza sauce” but I say go for it. I’m sure there will be those who disagree and that’s ok. It is a lifestyle. If you don’t build in practical ways to live this lifestyle you will dive headfirst into a binge anyways. 🙂 Keto on Kim!
