Hey! I like to use the Bertolli pasta sauces or just straight tomato sauce. If you are using one can for your whole dish it won’t be that many carbs per serving. I’d be careful with no carb or low carb foods if they are not meant to be that way. Sometimes they add other things in there that are worse than a carb. I think the pasta sauce is ok though. Just check the label for any weird chemical ingredients! 🙂
