Oven Temps
Winters and Kelley, The Metabolic Approach to Cancer, 2017, p. 217, says, “many benefits of these foods are negated if they are cooked on high temperatures. We never bake over 300 degrees F and never saute using high heat.”
You baking recipes uses higher heats. What can you say?

The only thing that I watch for when cooking or baking is to use oils who won’t break down at high temps. That’s the only concern that I have about baking at higher temps. I’m sure you could make her recipes at 300 but it will just take longer. 🙂
