Why am I not losing belly fat?
Hi! This could be from a number of things. Are you including exercise? If you aren’t going to the bathroom regularly, this can contribute. Getting enough fiber in your diet will help to eliminate that issue if it is one. Also if you are taking in too much fat you may be just burning your intake of fat and not fat reserves. Maybe cut your total carb number down and have it mainly coming from veggies and leafy greens. Also if you have a history of adrenal fatigue or high stress, you may be sensitive to protein. Lowering that number instead may help. It will be trial and error but hopefully one of those suggestions will get you going! 🙂 Becky
