No weight loss

I’ve been on the keto diet for three weeks I only lost 3 pounds then gained a pound I don’t know what I’m doing wrong ..I thought I was eating too much protein so I cut back and I was  eating cheese  because I didn’t know what else to eat I’m very confused about the dairy and is it on the diet some people say you shouldn’t eat  it

Hey Rose! Are you tracking your foods? It could be that you are not getting in enough food in a day. Also dairy could be a sensitivity for you keeping you stalled. I would start with a keto calculator and see how much you should be eating everyday.  Then from there try taking dairy out and when you add it back in 2 weeks later, see how you feel.
