I can't have eggs, what are my choices?
I cannot eat eggs. What can I use instead? They seem to be a pretty common ingredient throughout the week.

Hi!
If you have a recipe that calls for an egg, you can use a flax egg. If the meal is eggs for breakfast or something like that, I would find an entirely new recipe since the flax egg won’t suffice in all recipes.
