Need direction on what to eat
Hello I looked at a documentary series about auto-immune disease and there they talked about keto, I thought thta the problem was gluten but now i found out i better do not eat carbs, no rice, bread, i have just started we do not have much money anyone has an easy breakfast recepy that can replace bread? Also they said better not much meat and no pork, googling keto recepies I see all meats, bacon, chicken while i thought i should eat mostly salads, and can i drink coffee or not, that is not clear to me either, the only thing that is clear is that diary not when it has casein so sheepbutter and goatcheeses are fine, can somebody help me a bit on my way without me getting into costs I live in Greece and our income is to little, I can not eat ecological for instance only what i manage from a few 4 meter boxes garden. Also anybody knows something that helps when you try to stop smoking?

Hi there. It doesn’t have to be expensive to eat keto. You actually want to consume fattier cuts of meat and vegetables. Do 4-6oz protein per meal and veggies. Good luck!

- cloud bread made with egg whites works for me and you can hold it like a breakfast sandwich, yummy
