Myfitnesspal
Is anyone else using this? Is there anything better? It’s hard to find the right ingredients – there are so many in there. am I doing it wrong?

I use Cron-O-Meter. It’s like the others but I’m used to it and there is a place to put in your recipes as well so you can figure out what your home made recipes are. There is a phone app and an iPad app as well so thats’s helpful to me

I use Cronometer – especially since you can also put in you biometrics, add comments, add recipes etc. Keeps me on track.

Hey – yep, I’ve used it and it’s definitely better than most of the other ones I’ve tried for tracking food intake, but you have to be really careful which foods you add (or else just input your own to use).

The best feature of Myfitnesspal is the Recipes. Just cut and paste and presto they’re entered.

I use Spark People to track my macros. I’m used to it. I love their recipe calculator for figuring out # of carbs in recipes I’ve adapted to keto.

I like MyFitnessPal, especially since you can set it to count carbs and fiber.

- Where dies it count the.l net carbs? Seems like you have to do the math on tour own. What am i missing?
- You do have to figure out the net carbs yourself. I am math challenged myself, but since fiber can be listed with the macros it’s pretty easy to figure out.
