I have been having leg cramps sometimes very severe. I started taking supplements magnizium and potassium250mg. But still having them. Any ideas on what might work?

Hey Robin, I’m not sure what else it could be except maybe a food intolerance? Are you consuming dairy? Perhaps it is causing inflammation?

My doctor recommended years ago to drink one glass of diet tonic prior to going to bed.
It does work. Quinine used to be sold in tablet form in the US, however not in the US, nor
Europe is this medication available. Tonic contains quinine and that helps. Also do take
magnesium, however in powder form in water, not pills.
