muffins turned green

Hi, I made the one minute muffins this morning using the coconut flour baking soda and pinch of salt and one egg.  they turned green !  so made again they also turned green, I made them again and also turned green do you know why?  everything purchased new just a couple of weeks ago.

Hey! I know it is so weird when this happens! I think it is because blueberries can turn green in the presence of alkaline (like baking soda)!
