Pur, absolutely stay away from. Xylitol has a measurable GI >10 (fructose is 20), therefore, it absolutely can impact your bodies insulin output. I have yet to find gum that is sweetened with monk fruit, erythritol or stevia exclusively, which would be the best available option.
