Is there a minimum of protein or fat we need to make keto work?
Neither my husband nor I can get through all the food we are supposed to eat. Is there a minimum protein or fat to keep the diet working and stay well?
The fat/carb/protein ratios we are attempting are:
Mine 111/25/80 I’m 65 weigh 215
His 166/27/110 he’s 70 weighs 295
if you can help, THANKS

I’m on day 14. Have lost 1.5 lbs and am still in small stage of ketosis. Nothing goes up or down….it just stays. I havehypothyroidism but have medication which regulates it. I am stressed frequently but can’t believe that is the main contributor.
How many actual calories should I consume per say? Maybe that’s the problem. I’m 70 and weigh 157 at 5’2″. Please help. I have my daily numbers set at:
fat: 116g, net carbs: 20g, protein: 109 g (which I never get to) and calories: 1560.
Are these amounts incorrect?
