Milk substitute

So I drink about 2 gallons of milk a day and have been doing so since childhood, I would like to start this diet but what do I substitute for my milk?

hi! I guess my question would be why you feel the need to replace the milk. Is it to replace the volume of liquid? I’d drink water. If you are doing it for calcium, you can get that from other food sources and almond milk actually had more calcium than regular milk. Hope that helps.
