Great question! I found that my cycles were actually more regular as well as the PMS symptoms. Feeling tired in the beginning can be part of the keto flu. Increase your electrolytes by adding in a pinch of sea salt and a splash of lemon juice to your morning water. I also found that drinking more water throughout the day helped to get past the fatigue.
