Losing stubborn fat on a small lady
I’m a small lady, 5ft 4ins, small frame 125lbs
I have about 20lbs stubborn fat to remove on my legs and bottom
I lost around 35lbs on a ketogenic meal replacement diet (about 60g carbs a day) but now want to do the rest without starving myself. I’ve hit a barrier where after a few days my body tells me I have to eat fat, preferably neat fat.
My body loves fat and I have no problems dropping to almost a zero carb diet without any ill effects.
I want to shift that stubborn 20lbs asap – what’s the best / quickest way of doing it using ‘proper’ ultra low carb keto. Thanks

Hey Beverley, I think adding in fresh veggies to your meal plans is a good idea to get your body in a keto adapted state. While taking in fat is great to stimulate ketosis, if you aren’t nourishing your body it will hold on to the weight. If you want to see a sample meal plan, maybe you would like to do the 7 Day Keto Challenge. (It’s free)
