losing same three pounds over and over again

How can I stop losing the same three pounds over and over again. I follow the Keto way of life, my macros are set at 73 g Protein, 18 g Carbs, 122 g Fat. I eat 0 sugars except for natural occurring sugars in veggies. I started at 203.6 mid march and got down to 189.4 and now keep fluctuating between 193.4 and 189.6 depending on the day, been this way for the last three weeks.  I don’t cheat I eat my protein goal every day and stay under my carbs average Carb intake is 11 g. I walk about 2.34 miles a day.   I am so discouraged and want to give up. Any help or advice you could give would be greatly appreciate

Hey Vickie-there could be several reasons what the weight is fluctuating. I find that for a lot of my clients it comes down to a food sensitivity. Do you consume nuts or dairy? I find that when I stall I am consuming too much dairy or nuts. Also, how is your stress level? How do you feel besides the initial weight loss? Have you noticed any other benefits since being on keto? Sometimes our bodies are healing on the inside and we can’t measure that on a scale.
