Why do I lose some weight and then gain it back on Keto?
This could be dependent on so many different factors. How much water are you consuming? This makes my weight fluctuate like crazy! Also, how much dairy are you consuming? Are you going to the bathroom multiple times a day? It could be the amount of fat you are consuming or even just related to stress! I would make sure to drink at least 1/2 your body weight (in ounces) per day. I would limit or eliminate dairy for at least two weeks and try to get at least 8 hours of sleep at night! These are all things I’ve done to help when my weight loss starts to stall!
It could also be as simple as your body is still adjusting to the new way of eating! Good luck to you! Keep up updated!
