i do keto diet for 3 weeks and just lose only one kilo i want solution for me.
iam 114 KG my height is 170 cm

Hi Kareem!

Are you tracking what you are eating daily? Looking at your daily food intake would be a great place to begin. Do you know how many calories you are consuming and how much of it is fat/carbs/protein. Also, are you consuming large quantities of dairy or nuts? Although they are keto foods, they can stall weightloss-especially in the beginning
