About lemon water… some drink it while being on keto diet, some don’t. I’ve heard it is a good thing to do as well that it is not. So I have some questions about it.
- Doesn’t it raise your blood sugar levels/ take you out of ketosis/ is too many carbs when you drink it in the morning on empty stomack?
- If you drink lemon water, why and when? In the morning? before a meal, with a meal?
- If you don’t drink it, why?
