Can u drink KOMBUCHA when trying to maintain ketosis?
i make it weekly and enjoy its benefits but don’t want to go out of ketosis. Ur pop ups cover up the area to type when using my iphonemaking this site nearly impossible and I had trouble accessing any recipes. I need fat bomb recipes and keto recipes thanks

Sorry about the pop up situation! I haven’t had that happen to me on this site but I can see where that would be frustrating. Here are my go-to links on the website. Maybe this will help!
As far Kombucha, I would say-probably. Eating fermented foods is awesome for digestion and helps to reduce hunger and cravings. I would say to be careful of the carb count. Some suggestions: GT’s kombucha or Kevita water kefir (but get the one with low carbs)

Hi Ann I drink my homemade Kombucha daily, I only have a glass a day though at tea time with my meal as it’s a brilliant probiotic and the broccoli and other green veg are a brilliant PREBIOTIC I don’t get kicked out of Ketosis.
if you google FatForWeightLoss this guy has some brilliant foods I especially love his breads, he makes a banana bread without the banana, he uses banana essence and the bread is nice and low in carbs, he has ebooks I’ve bought a few great food!
