Are you measuring to see if you go into ketosis? Sometimes the urine strips are unreliable and won’t show you are in ketosis even if you might be. I would watch for other signs of ketosis like fruity breath, excessive thirst, keto flu or increased energy. Did you have any of these symptoms? If not it could be that you are eating too many carbs so your body hasn’t switched over to be a fat burner. How many carbs are you consuming daily?
