keto vs paleo
Great question. Basically, Paleo is like the keto diet in that you focus on veggies and good fats, but you also get to eat things like tubers (potatoes for example) and aren’t counting the carbs you consume. Also on a Keto diet, you can consume dairy while on Paleo you cannot.
