I have been doing the Keto WOE for two months and lost 23 lbs and 12.5 inches off my body. I weigh and measure once a week to track and motivated. I have so much energy! I didn’t realize how much my body bloated and felt horrible when I consumed carbs. I feel so good now and I get to eat lots of delicious foods that I didn’t think I could eat to lose weight.

Never felt better than I have the past 3 months. I do use FaceBook groups for support and information. And am addicted to Youtube videos by all the great doctors who support a keto lifestyle.

I eat keto to manage my epilepsy. I have been able to cut my meds by half since going gluten free and then on to keto.

I have been eating Keto with IF since Jan 2, 2017. I am 53 years old and 4’11” tall and have lost 53 lbs. My migraines are gone, my GERD is gone, my depression is gone, my energy is much improved, I do not get frustrated with my children (or people in general) lol. I am a much more patient driver and more tolerant with the idiots on the road. My backpain has improved to a level I have not had since I fell and hurt it 34 years ago. I still need to lose another 30 pounds, but am not worried about how fast it will come off, because this is my new life and I love it!!

Yep, my migraines went away too. I didn’t know that would happen, just a pleasant “side-effect” for me. I also used to have pains in my knees and get puffy feet and ankles and that has also gone away.

Started eating low-carb, high fat diet about 7 months ago at which time A1c was 8.8. As of yesterday, it is 5.3!!! Also had cholesterol level checked (which I was a little nervous about), but the numbers are well within limits and I have lost 20 lbs. Couldn’t be happier.
