so I come up short on fats at times and little over maybe 10grams on carbs or protein

is it crucial to hit the amount of fat and why.

Im managing to come within 30g now but first couple days was ugly

and what can I put cream cheese on that doesn’t rocket my carb count

Hi Jimmi, it sounds like because you are not eating enough fats you are needing the carbs to keep from being hungry. Have you tried one of the keto summit meal plans? They offer a free 7 day challenge and it comes with a menu. Perhaps that would help you see how to structure your day? Although I don’t believe you need to be right on the money every day, you should at least use them as a guide. 😉
