keto green smoothie

HI! I’m not sure which recipe you are referring to but I can tell you what I do with mine. 🙂 If I am not drinking it right away, I will put the extra smoothie in an icecube tray so that I can use it later. When I’m ready I’ll just throw the icecubes in the blender and blend it smooth. I find that when I try to freeze the entire serving it defrosts into a big watery mess instead of a smooth drink. I would guess that if you packaged it in the freezer that it would last a good while unless it got freezer burnt. 😉
